The workout consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run, all done while wearing a 20-pound weight vest.
Glen
Glen is named after Glen Doherty, a former Navy SEAL who was killed in the 2012 Benghazi attacks. The workout consists of 30 clean and jerks, 1-mile run, 10 rope climbs, 1-mile run, 100 burpees.
Nate
